Paul dabbled in racing for a couple of years before starting to train a little harder about six years ago. He prefers road races over crits but is learning to like crits more. Being on a team has taught him a lot about racing and tactics. The camaraderie of racing is a very important aspect to him and is what makes it worth the pain. Paul is one of the founding team members of POA Cycling. Took a sabbatical for a year and came back for 2010. Paul’s favorite ride is the East Fork Loop. Other interests are mountain biking, yard work, and spending time with his sweet wife.
